Brand Story

A cozy nest where flowers bloom, Le Nid Fleuri

An experience where four seasons bloom in the palm of your hand

Le Nid Fleuri Logo

Capturing spring cherry blossoms, summer streams, autumn foliage, and winter snowscapes within soft dough. Le Nid Fleuri began with the realization that wagashi is not merely confectionery, but 'an art that gives form to time.'

7 Years of Hands-On Experience

Starting from a small shared kitchen in 2019, moving to a workshop in Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu, and then to department store cultural centers and public institutions nationwide. Wherever wagashi was wanted, we went with our suitcases. Those intense years of proving ourselves have brought Le Nid Fleuri to where it stands today — as the headquarters and official certification body of WAAK.

Three Philosophies of Le Nid Fleuri

Essence of Ingredients

We believe that a deep understanding of raw materials — rice flour, red bean paste, agar — creates the difference in technique, before any elaborate artistry.

Thread of Tradition

While respecting authentic recipes passed down from a Yokohama artisan, we research our own methods optimized for Korean ingredients and conditions.

Value of Togetherness

We pursue a warm curriculum where students cheer for each other's growth as colleagues, not competitors.

WAAK Headquarters

Le Nid Fleuri is the headquarters and official certification body of WAAK (Wagashi Artisan Alliance of Korea).

We issue the Wagashi Expert Level 1 Certificate and Master (Instructor) Certificate registered with the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training, and as an authorized Namgang Color institution, we issue color completion certificates.

Students from all over the country have become entrepreneurs, and that is why Le Nid Fleuri must continue to research and grow.

What matters more than elaborate artistry is understanding the raw materials of wagashi.

Endless Learning, Inheriting Authentic Techniques

Under the mentorship of a wagashi artisan in Yokohama, Japan, she regularly visits Japan to learn traditional wagashi techniques including unpei, scissor work, and seppei firsthand. Her belief is that there is no end to learning in pursuit of "easier, tastier, and more beautiful methods."

A Sense of Mission as an Educator

With every certificate issued, she reminds herself to 'never become complacent.' So that students who trusted her to start their businesses can rely on her, Le Nid Fleuri aims to remain the most solid and enduring educational institution.
