Online Class
Le Nid Fleuri shares wagashi techniques and design not only through in-person classes but also through online education. We offer wagashi classes on the online learning platform Coloso, with courses that guide you step by step from fundamental techniques to color expression and design of bean paste desserts. Through our online classes, we share wagashi crafting processes and expression techniques so that more people can discover and learn wagashi regardless of time or location.
